Hotel and Travel Information
Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hilton Whistler Hotel and Spa on an individual basis. We have arranged a special group rate ($179/night, plus taxes) for attendees of ETCMOS 2018. This rate will be available until April 9, 2018, or until sold out, and may be booked online or by contacting the hotel directly.
PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL'S CANCELLATION POLICY: The hotel will accept cancellation of your reservations up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, a full stay penalty will be charged to your credit card.

Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the nearest airport to the conference venue. Reaching Whistler from YVR requires about 3 hours travel time. From the airport, you have several options for reaching Whistler:
